Diego wants to make sure he has enough money in his account to make a purchase. He quickly accesses his account balances, last few transactions, what’s happened across his accounts since his last login and he might pay a loan/bill, move some money or deposit a check.
He utilizes the extensive search capabilities to find any feature quickly, including Address Changes, Submitting Travel Requests or Managing Cards. He also receives a targeted marketing campaign and has an opportunity to provide feedback to Penni FI regarding his experience with the application.
When Diego has a little more time, he uses desktop banking and enjoys having a similar experience to mobile banking. He also appreciates when Penni FI is undergoing maintenance to a specific feature or the core, he is clearly notified that the system is in 'offline/stand-in mode' and some features may not be available.
Stephanie
Money Manager
Stephanie has a lot going on and needs to be efficient to make sure bills are getting paid and more. She enjoys the self-help capabilities and feature rich customization options available, which help her stay on task by displaying the information that is most important to her.
This demonstration includes:
Self Service Unlocking Account and Personalization Options for Account Type Filters, Account Settings, Changing Account Nickname, Hiding an Account, Setting an Account as Default, Dashboard Account Views and Alert Settings. Stephanie is also making sure her family is staying within their family budget and achieving their savings goals. She enjoys having an aggregated view of her accounts and transactions and using the budget and loan debt snowballing capabilities.
James
Business Owner
James is a business owner and wants to view his personal and business relationships holistically. He also wants to have control over how his business account(s) are used by those he delegate tasks to.

Searching Transactions Across Memberships and Accounts, Viewing/Printing Check Images, Transaction Inquiry/Disputes, Generating a Direct Deposit Form, Make a Donation (App built by Penni, using tyfone SDK/Open API), Navigating Between Personal and Business Relationships and Managing Business Roles/Limits. James is excited to learn that the business banking features he is used to are also being extended to support family banking!
